Rotaract
Rotaract clubs bring together young adults aged 18 to 30 to exchange ideas with leaders in the community, develop leadership and professional skills, and have fun through service. From big cities to rural villages, Rotary and Rotaract members work side by side worldwide changing communities.
Rotaract members decide how to organize and run their clubs, manage their own funds, and plan and carry out activities and service projects. Rotary club sponsors offer guidance and support.
Yakima is the sponsor of two Rotaract clubs, one college-based for students attending Yakima Valley College and one designed for young professionals in our community. You can find the young professional club (Yakima Rotaract) on Facebook. Information on both can also be obtained by contacting yakimarotary@yakimarotary.org.
Now is the time to JOIN the global movement of young leaders who are developing innovative solutions to the world’s most pressing challenges.
